As we only use standard bicycle parts, you can seek service and repair at any workshop. For complicated repairs, we recommend that you visit a workshop – otherwise warranty claims may be lost. If you have specific questions, you or your bike shop can contact us. Of course, you can also come directly to us in Leipzig or Hannover. We have several trained bicycle mechanics and a master craftsman in our team.

If you have a problem with a carbon component, please contact us. So far, there has never been any damage that we could not repair quickly and safely.

After completing 500 kilometres or after three to five months, an inspection should be carried out by us or a specialist dealer.
